What is your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?
Our MOQ is flexible and depends on the product. For stock-mold items the MOQ can be as low as 500-1000 pcs. For fully custom molds, MOQ usually starts from 1000 pcs to make tooling cost-effective. Contact us with your quantity for an exact answer.
Do you provide samples? Are they free?
Yes. Existing-mold samples are usually free of charge; you only pay the courier fee. For custom molds we provide pre-production samples for your confirmation before mass production, and the sample cost is refundable in the bulk order.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms: 30% T/T deposit, 70% balance against the copy of B/L. We also accept PayPal for sample fees and L/C at sight for large orders.
Which trade terms (Incoterms) do you support?
We support EXW, FOB (Shenzhen / Yantian / Shekou), CIF and DDP. If you have your own freight forwarder in China, we can deliver to them directly.
What is your lead time?
Sampling: 5-10 working days. Mold development: 10-20 working days depending on complexity. Mass production: 15-30 days depending on order quantity and season. Rush orders can be arranged.
Can you open custom molds and do OEM / ODM?
Yes. We are a factory with in-house mold development. Send us a drawing (STEP/PDF), a photo or even a rough idea — our engineers will review feasibility, quote the tooling cost and produce 3D drawings for your confirmation.
Can you print our logo and use our packaging?
Yes. We support custom logo (silk-screen printing, embossed, debossed, laser), custom colors (Pantone matching) and custom retail packaging such as boxes, blister packs and cards.
