Quality Documents

Every program we run leaves a paper trail. Below are desensitized samples of the records we actually produce — a first-article inspection report and an instrument calibration summary — so you can verify the format, rigor and traceability behind our quality claims before you commit.

Documentation Principle

Real Records, Desensitized for Review

Customer names, part numbers and proprietary dimensions are removed so we can show the structure and rigor of our documents without exposing any client's confidential data. Raw, identifiable files move only under NDA for qualified projects.

Traceable

Every report is tied to a mold number, drawing revision and batch material certificate, so each measurement points back to a specific part and process.

Desensitized

Client identity and proprietary details are stripped; the format, tolerance logic and measured values shown here are representative.

Releasable

Full, identifiable documentation — FAI, calibration certificates, Cpk datasets — is released on request under NDA for qualified projects.

Sample Record 1

First Article Inspection (FAI) Report

A desensitized FAI report for an FVMQ fuel seal diaphragm. Note the tolerance logic: these are critical dimensions held to tight project-specific tolerances, not the general ±0.1–0.3 mm range quoted for standard silicone parts. See our tolerance layers for the distinction.

Visual & Material Verification

Visual inspection: no flash, no bubble, no tear, uniform surface finish. Material verification: material certificate supplied, batch traceable.

Conclusion & Attachments

First article meets drawing requirements; mold approved for trial run. Attachments include the 2D drawing, video measuring machine screenshot, material COA and calibration certificate of the inspection equipment.

Our FAI covers dimensional checks, visual review, material verification and drawing compliance. Every critical dimension is recorded by our CNC video measuring machine. FAI reports are released before formal mass production for LSR, FVMQ, PEEK and PA66-GF molded parts, each traceable to mold number, drawing revision and batch material certificate.

Instrument Calibration Summary

All critical inspection instruments are calibrated by a CNAS-accredited external metrology institute on a scheduled cycle. Each instrument has a unique ID, calibration date and expiry date, and measurement results are traceable to national metrology standards.

AvailabilityFull scanned certificate upon customer audit request

Our measuring and testing instruments run on a fixed calibration schedule. We maintain instrument ledgers, calibration records and traceable certificates. During customer audits, PPAP submission or sample validation, we provide full copies of calibration documentation for the equipment used to inspect your parts. See our testing & measuring equipment for the named instruments in use.
