Our factory integrates every production stage in one location: mold making, material preparation, compression and liquid injection molding, post-curing, printing, assembly and packaging. This vertical integration shortens lead times and gives us full control over quality.
In-house CNC machining and EDM build precision single- and multi-cavity tooling in P20, NAK80 and S136 steel, with scientific shrinkage compensation and thermal simulation applied before any steel is cut — holding cavity tolerance to ±0.01 mm.
Multi-ton hydraulic compression presses with localized thermal controls and multi-stage degassing routines prevent internal micro-voids, while automated material pre-forming keeps shot weight uniform for consistent, flash-free solid silicone parts.
Precision liquid silicone injection with closed-loop cold-runner systems and computerized multi-component dosing — holding injection weight within ±0.1% for high-tolerance, high-purity medical, baby and electronics parts.
Our LSR medical molding and packing area is classified ISO Class 7 (ISO 14644-1:2015), verified by an independent third-party laboratory (cert. CR-2026-0714, tested October 2026). Only this designated area is classified — it does not represent the whole facility.
Dimensional, hardness, tensile and food-contact testing are performed in-house to verify every production batch.
Finished products are packed, labeled and staged in an organized warehouse before shipment, with full traceability from raw material to delivery.
