What quality evidence does CYES provide with an order?

Depending on the project, we provide first-article inspection (FAI) reports, material certificates, dimensional reports, PPAP Level 3 documentation for automotive or demanding programs, batch-level traceability, and SPC/Cpk process-capability data (e.g. Cpk 1.24 and Cpk 1.32 from internal studies). Every batch is linked from raw material to mold, machine, operator and shipment.

Can I audit the factory before placing a large order?
