Built From Three Layers, Assembled In-House
This is a composite product — a silicone shell over sealed metal weight, assembled with a Velcro strap in our Dongguan workshop. The over-molding and bonding is covered in our silicone overmolding guide.
Food-Grade Silicone Shell
Shore 35A — the same material we pour into baby teethers and kitchen utensils. Soft to touch, silent against skin, washable at 60 °C, no squeak, no stick, no yellowing after a hundred cycles. See our food-grade silicone guide.
Sealed Iron-Sand Weight
The weight inside is sealed iron-sand, so there is no bean-bag crinkle and no cheap plastic rattle. Each wedge is a fixed, balanced block.
Adjustable Velcro Strap
A nylon Velcro strap threads through the blocks and closes with a press. Blocks slide on and off with your thumb to change the total weight.

Each band is a food-grade silicone shell (Shore 35A) molded over sealed iron-sand weight blocks, threaded onto an adjustable Velcro strap. You add or remove blocks with your thumb to change the resistance, then wrap the strap around your wrist or ankle and press the Velcro closed.
The weight is sealed iron-sand inside each silicone wedge, so there is no bean-bag crinkle and no cheap plastic rattle. Block count is adjustable, so total weight changes by adding or removing blocks rather than swapping a fixed weight.
