Our Commitments

A Fast, Engineer-Led Quotation Process

You talk to engineers, not a generic sales funnel — with clear timelines at every step.

1-Hour Initial Assessment

We acknowledge your inquiry within 1 hour and flag any obvious feasibility questions immediately.

24-Hour Engineer Quote

An engineer — not a form — reviews your CAD and returns a mold cost, price brackets at MOQ 500 / 1,000 / 5,000, and a first-article lead time within one business day. For small runs, our low-MOQ program starts at 100 pieces.

3–7 Day Sampling

First-shot samples produced in 3–7 days after mold approval, shipped for your verification.

2–4 Engineering Questions

If a spec has a gap — a wall section that traps air, a radius the tool can't hold — we return two to four engineering questions before quoting, not a guess.

Send Us Your Requirements

Complete the required fields, then choose email or WhatsApp. The more detail you provide, the faster we can identify material, tooling and production questions. If you have a CAD file (STEP · IGES · DWG), mention it — our engineers read it directly against mold cavity budget, target durometer, compliance stack and volume tier.

Auditing us first? Request our Engineering Capability Pack — ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 13485 certificates, SEDEX SMETA / BSCI report, PFAS screening reports, cleanroom report, equipment list, material reports, tooling tolerance and QC flow, released for qualified sourcing.

Before You Ask

Industrial Procurement FAQ

Answers to the questions engineering and sourcing teams ask most before requesting a quote.

Custom silicone parts require a dedicated mold, but we offer flexible MOQ structures for early-stage verification and pilot runs. For a complete spec we quote price brackets at MOQ 500 / 1,000 / 5,000 so you can compare unit economics across volume tiers before committing. If you only need 100–200 pieces to validate a product, our low-MOQ program starts at 100 pieces with the cost structure stated up front. Standard production scales up to thousands of units depending on part size and cavity configuration.
After final DFM and drawing approval, simple first-shot samples are typically completed within 3–7 days; samples requiring a custom mold take 7–15 days, depending on part complexity.
We provide ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 13485-certified management systems, the SEDEX SMETA / BSCI social responsibility report, PFAS non-detect screening, material batch traceability records, Certificate of Conformance (COC), and third-party test reports for FDA 21 CFR, LFGB, RoHS and REACH as required by your market.
Standard terms are a 50% deposit after DFM and quote approval, with the 50% balance before shipment. Net 30 is available for established accounts after the first two orders. We accept USD, EUR and CNY by bank wire, and letters of credit for orders over USD 50,000.
FOB Shenzhen or Yantian is our default; EXW Dongguan, CIF and DDP are available on request. Air express takes 3–5 days via DHL, FedEx or UPS, and sea freight 25–35 days. Export paperwork includes commercial invoice, packing list, HS codes and certificate of origin.
Send photos and dimensional data within 30 days of receipt. We review the batch records, reproduce the issue in-house where possible, and replace defective units on the next run at no charge — replacement shipping on us. The root cause is documented in a written corrective-action report.
A dedicated project engineer handles your order from first file to final shipment. Communication is in English by email, WhatsApp or video call, with business hours 9:00–18:00 UTC+8 and overlap to US morning and European afternoon. Urgent messages outside hours are answered within 12 hours.
Yes, we welcome physical site inspections and third-party compliance audits. Coordinate with our team in advance to schedule access to the tooling center, production lines and QC laboratory.
Yes. In-stock standard samples can be dispatched immediately (with freight collected), and custom hardness/color matching samples are available once tooling setup begins. See our sample showroom for details.
