The CYES factory has 10 lines of solid silicone injection molds. Injection molding uses high pressure and heat to press silicone rubber into a mold. The injection molding process can handle demands for extreme precision, consistency, and design complexity. However, this technology is better suited for high-volume production because initial and ongoing equipment investment costs for injection molding operations are high.
