Our factory has a production workshop of 20,000 sqm. Housed there, our 7 large assembly lines output 1 million components per day, with an overall capacity of 150k complete products per day.

Precision Silicone Products & Promotional Product Manufacturing
Material Formula Test Lab
CYES has its own material formula testing laboratory with professional measuring equipment providing precise DFM+CPK reports. Some of other tests we can run include evaluations of polymer materials, vinyl and phenyl content, elemental analysis, and tests using a rubber processing analyzer. As such, we can ensure the correct proportions of silicone, rubber, and other additives in a particular type of product.
Mold Workshop
Our mold workshop has more than 2000 of various mold stock. Furthermore, we can create custom molds according to your specifications. When designing personalized silicone products, we collaborate closely with the customer from the beginning. In accordance with your ideas or designs, we will create 3D CAD files for you. Then, our advanced mold processing CNC tooling and EDM machines will create your custom mold.
Injection Molding
The CYES factory has 10 lines of solid silicone injection molds. Injection molding uses high pressure and heat to press silicone rubber into a mold. The injection molding process can handle demands for extreme precision, consistency, and design complexity. However, this technology is better suited for high-volume production because initial and ongoing equipment investment costs for injection molding operations are high.
Cleaning Packaging
We have developed cooperative connections with businesses of packing supplies. We can assist you in selecting the ideal packaging option to suit your price range, type of product, and type of freight. Before packaging for shipment, however, we will clean the silicone rubber products to send you your items in the best condition possible.
